    Our Previous House

We bought this home in Sugarhouse summer 2007 with a long horizon in mind--something that we could raise our family in until we were retirement age.  We changed our minds when homes in a great neighborhood nearby became much more affordable in 2011.  Leaving this home was hard to do.  I have many happy memories here with our three boys.  Lots of laughter and nights with jammies and bedtime stories.

Here are the photos that I took when we were getting ready to list the home in May 2011, after four years of my trained interior design energy poured into it:

    Dining Room

Kilz "soft linen" paint, Overstock.com bamboo shade, Walmart tablecloths as curtains, antique chandelier, hutch with collector's Johnson & Johnson plates, 1940s dining set.
